The garment is measured laying flat.
Chest is measured across the body from one armpit seam to the other.
Shoulder is measured from one shoulder seam to the other.
Length is measure from the highest point of the shoulder seam to the bottom of the hemline.
Sleeve is measured from the bottom of the shoulder seam to the hemline of the sleeve.
